When will my items ship?
Items will be shipped out a minimum twice a week to ensure you receive your dog poop bags very quickly!

What shipping service is used?
I ship with Canada Post which is then handed off to USPS at the border. All items are sent with the Expedited Parcel service to ensure a quick arrival.

How much is shipping?
In order to keep things simple I offer flat rate shipping on all orders. For Canadians this means $8.95 per order and for Americans it's $12.95. These rates are lower than the postal service charges but I feel it's important that everyone has access to earth friendly bags so I don't mind paying the rest!

Where do you ship to?
This site ships anywhere within Canad and the USA. If you're located outside of these countries please contact me for shipping rates.

Can I pick-up items?
We do allow pick-ups at our location in East York Ontario, however since it is a home based business we ask that you email in advance to give us notice and let us know your requirements.

How do I check my order's status?
If you registered as a user of the site then simply click "login" at the top of the page in order to see all order's you've placed as well as whether they've been shipped or not! If you experience any difficulties or have any questions please feel free to contact us.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can purchase bags directly on our secure site using Mastercard or Visa. Alternatively on checkout you can choose to pay with Paypal. For maximum security we use paypal to process payments because it's the safest, however that doesn't mean that you need to pay with a paypal account.
It will accept all major credit cards, bank cards, etc.

Are my payments secure?
All of our online debit and credit card transactions are processed by paypal on our own secure servers. This means that at no point do we or anyone other than Paypal, see your confidential payment information, making it completely secure and in many cases guaranteed by Paypal!

What currency are prices in?
You can purchase items on the website in either Canadian or US dollars. To change your currency simply click the flag of your choice on the left hand side bar and all prices throughout the site will be modified accordingly.

What does Paypal verified mean?
Paypal verification means that we have had our location and bank information checked by Paypal to ensure our legitimacy and to make sure that if you the customer comes to them with a complaint, they're able to withdraw the money from us to refund you if the situation warrants it.

Are there taxes?
All items are sold from Ontario Canada so if you're a Canadian province with HST then that rate will be charged, otherwise Canadians are charged 5% gst.
Goods sold to Americans are tax free due to the free trade agreement!

Do I have to register for your site?
If you don't want to register for the site, no problem. Just select that you'd like to check out as a guest when the time comes. There is a benefit to registering however. By registering, you'll be able to log onto our site at any time to see all of your previous purchases as well as when they were shipped, delivered, etc.

Are your bags really biodegradable?
Since we're very environmentally focused, all of our bags are biodegradable! The bags are produced in different locations, so different biodegradable formula's are used.
One thing which should be recognized is the difference between "biodegradable" and "compostable". Biodegradable means that the bags will break down in a "bio", or natural process by microbes, fungus, etc. which will consume the bags. Compostable means that they biodegrade in a time frame suitable for commercial composting (typically 30-60 days).
You should note that while these bags are biodegradable, California has declared that anything claiming to be "biodegradable" must meet the rest of the worlds, "compostable" standards. For that reason only our Biobag bags are able to be sold as "biodegradable" in California, and the others are recognized as being "degradable".

Can I return items?
I do not typically accept returns in general since I try never to send out flawed products and have not received a complaint about any of them in the past 3+ years I've been selling dog waste bags. That being said, if somehow you did receive a flawed product, I will refund your purchase price if you pay return shipping and the item is not in the correct condition, and hasn't been tampered with.

Which bag is the thickets/largest?
Do you have a big dog? well our Doodeefulls bags are perfect for you then. While they're slightly thinner than the Biobags, it's a different type of plastic so they feel thicker and there large size makes them perfect for any size of dog.

Where are you located?
We are located just north of the Danforth in Toronto Canada's east end. Since it's a home based business I don't like to give out my address freely but if for some reason you need it, just ask!
